The Office of Undergraduate Studies has announced their plan for the 4th batch 2023 Individual Graduation Review.
9 – 20 October 2023: Students are registering for the Individual Graduation Review at https://daa.uit.edu.vn/sinhvien/dangky-totnghiep
26 – 27 October 2023: Students check out and return library books, pay debts relating to confirmation of student status fees, transcript of records fees (if any)
30 October 2023 – 03 November 2023: Individual Graduation Committee Review is announcing the list of students who meet the graduation requirements.
11 November 2023: The Decision to recognize Individual Graduation for the 4th batch of 2023 is published.
Note:
- Students are required to register for the Individual Graduation Review online at https://daa.uit.edu.vn/sinhvien/dangky-totnghiep.
- Only when students pay their Individual Graduation Review fee do they register for their Graduation Review. They are required to pay their Graduation Review fee in person at the Office of Planning and Finance (Room A.113) during office hours, Monday through Friday.
- Students are required to submit their foreign language certificates for the output standard of foreign languages according to the UIT’s Regulation on: www.student.uit.edu.vn, the Office Undergraduate Studies and the Office of Excellent Programs are updating the submission as soon as the registration period ends.
