Joining "Quest for Talent” Who will Shine?", we are pleased to introduce the judging panel, who is also the choreographer for dance performances - Ms. Le Mai Anh.
Le Mai Anh - Performing artist, contemporary dance choreographer, and movement instructor. She excelled in her studies and became a resident teacher at the Ho Chi Minh City Intermediate School of Dance. Later, she pursued studies at Hellet Eghayan Dance Company (Lyon, France), RICD (Rencontres Internationales de Danse Contemporaine; Paris, France).
She is the founder of the Moving Art Atelier art center, the head of the Dance Department at Erato School of Music & Performing Arts, artistic advisor for the Krossing Over Arts Festival 2023, and a dance teacher at Dancenter Vietnam.
Having participated in various performances and collaborations with dance companies, Mai Anh has showcased her talents with choreographers like Thomas HEJLENSEN (2003) and Harry Albert (2004). She was an artist for the "1er Mars" dance company from 2010 to 2015, contributing to works like "Mùa" and "Behind the skins, the spirit lay and wait for their hour" with choreographer Agnès PANCRASSIN. In 2017, she was the assistant choreographer and performing artist for [FEEL] IN/OUT, 2016: Memories x Movements, a production by the Kerman Sébastien Ly Dance Company. Recently, she toured in France with the piece "Nhà/La Maison" as part of the Krossing Over Arts Festival 2018 (KOAF18). In April 2019, she participated in KOAF19 in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. From 2017 to 2019, she joined the "Wintercearig" Project by Tricia Nguyễn for individuals with depression and psychological disorders.
In addition, she has taken on new roles, playing the character Anna in "Cú Chót" and Mrs. Bói in "Biết thì nói, không thì Bói" under the direction of Trà Nguyễn in experimental theater productions in Ho Chi Minh City.
Currently, she organizes short courses on Movement - Touching Action, connecting with oneself, listening, sharing, understanding oneself, and the surrounding world at the Moving Art Atelier art center.
