Seminar Recap: Artificial Intelligence in BioInformatics

On Saturday morning, March 16, 2024, the Faculty of Information Systems organized a seminar on the topic "Artificial Intelligence in BioInformatics," attracting the participation of students and graduate students from various fields of study.

The seminar provided a space for exchange, learning, and discussion on the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of bioinformatics, marking an important step in integrating these scientific fields.

The main speaker of the seminar, Professor Dr. Đỗ Phúc, shared his profound knowledge and insights into AI and its applications in biological research and medicine, ranging from analyzing genetic data, understanding genetic diseases, to developing and researching new methods. This opened up a new perspective and approach for students and graduate students, helping them realize the tremendous potential that artificial intelligence can bring to the field of bioinformatics.

The seminar was not only an opportunity to learn from Professor Dr. Đỗ Phúc but also a chance for students to discuss, ask questions, and share their opinions on the challenges, opportunities, and prospects of applying AI in bioinformatics.
