The "Young Communist" campaign was launched to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the establishment of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - February 3, 1995), with the aim of raising awareness among all levels of youth union members in participating in the construction of the Party at localities and units. Over the past 25 years since its inception, the 2019 - 2024 phase marks the maturity of the "Young Communist" movement. Throughout the 5 years of implementing the movement, young union members, youth, and young party members of the Ho Chi Minh City National University have continuously strived to achieve commendable achievements. Many new exemplary models and solutions have been successfully applied in the practical work of the Union and youth movement.
Target: Exemplary models and solutions of the Youth Union of units affiliated with the HCMC National University or affiliated units.
Quantity: Each School Union, Agency Union, and Faculty of Medicine Union may nominate up to 02 models or solutions/units.
Specific criteria:

General criteria: the models and solutions are implemented during the 2019 - 2024 phase, up to the deadline for receiving applications for awards consideration.

Priority criteria:

Meeting the requirements and standards evaluated by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union (for school-level) and the Standing Committee of the Unit's Youth Union (for grassroots level) as effective models and solutions during the 2019 - 2024 phase.

Demonstrating typical characteristics, being exemplary in the implementation of the "Young Communist" campaign.
