On the morning of November 29, 2023, in Hanoi, the Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications (IT-TT), Ministry of Information and Communications, in collaboration with the Club of Departments - Schools - Institutes of Information Technology and Telecommunications in Vietnam (FISU Vietnam), and the Vietnam Computer Science Association, organized a workshop on "Developing Digital Technology Human Resources to Meet Market Needs."
The workshop featured a presentation by Associate Professor, Dr. Hồ Sỹ Đàm, a People's Teacher, on solutions to create enrollment sources for IT-TT human resource training. According to Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hồ Sỹ Đàm, Vietnam needs to focus on creating enrollment sources, especially in establishing a seamless educational pathway from secondary to university-level computer science education. Emphasis should be placed on recruiting lecturers and concentrating on high-quality human resources for digital transformation and Industry 4.0. This viewpoint is also shared by Assoc.
