UIT - WARRIOR TEAM Registration Announcement

Dear passionate programming and algorithm enthusiasts,

We cordially invite you, the students who are passionate about programming and algorithms, to join the UIT WARRIOR TEAM to practice together and aim for challenges in national and international programming competitions.

Deadline: March 15, 2024

Introduction:

  • WARRIOR TEAM gathers students who love programming and algorithms, aiming for challenges in national and international programming competitions.

Eligibility:

  • Students of the University of Information Technology with achievements in academic competitions.

Number of Participants:

  • Maximum of 30 students.
  • Admission and withdrawal will be conducted per semester.

Benefits:

  • Priority consideration for selection to participate in programming competitions such as IEEEXtreme, ICPC Regional.
  • Priority introduction to scholarships.
  • Provided with uniforms and participate in team building activities.
  • Priority use of study rooms, research rooms.
  • Issuance of Warrior member certificates.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully participate in regular academic activities including research and reporting on specialized topics, practice solving programming competition problems, assisting in teaching beginner classes.
  • Participate in enhancement training sessions with coaches organized by the University.
  • Participate in programming competitions such as ICPC North, Central, South, National.

Registration: If you wish to participate, please register via the form (https://forms.gle/op2dTCevLffEradv8) as instructed below:

  1. Students must log in to the University email account (domain @gm.uit.edu.vn) to proceed with registration.
  2. Students must have a Codeforces account before registering to fill in the information in the form.
  3. After registration, check your email (including the Spam folder) for registration notification; the notification email contains a link to update the registration. Forward the Response Receipt to algobootcamp@uit.edu.vn to complete the registration.
  4. Pay attention to read the information carefully to fill in the requirements correctly. Cases of incorrect filling will not be accepted without considering the application.
  5. DEADLINE: March 15, 2024 (the form will be closed after the deadline).

Selection Criteria:

  • Achievements in the National High School Informatics/Mathematics Olympiad.
  • Achievements in the Provincial High School Olympiad in Informatics/Mathematics.
  • Achievements in ICPC North, Central, South, National, Regional competitions.
  • Achievements in other equivalent Provincial and National level competitions.
