Recently, on the morning of May 28th, University of Information Technology, VNU-HCM, held a meeting with the College of Industry-Academia Innovation (CIAI) and Coretronic Company. During the meeting, the parties discussed topics such as scholarships, courses for students, and future collaborations.

During the meeting, CIAI shared information about Taiwan's AI technology policies and admission policies for Vietnamese students in fields such as semiconductors and artificial intelligence. They also provided scholarship opportunities for international students, including those from UIT, opening up study and research opportunities in Taiwan for all students.

Research was another key focus of the discussion. Participating in IEEE conferences was highlighted as an important step to share knowledge and experiences, creating joint research opportunities for scientists and students from both sides. Representatives from CIAI and UIT proposed specific plans to promote this collaboration, including supporting students in accessing research and personal development opportunities.
Moreover, representatives from Coretronic Company expressed their desire to recruit graduates from the University of Information Technology and to collaborate with UIT in areas such as science, scholarships, and joint research. Coretronic Company, a Taiwanese company with a branch in Vietnam since 2020, showed keen interest in these collaborations.
