Abstract of the paper: In today's context, data in smart parking lots is prone to forgery, and a large amount of data is exchanged among multiple parties, increasing reliability and efficiency issues in management. This can make it difficult for many people to find suitable parking spaces nearby, leading to wasted time. In this paper, we present a smart parking system integrated with LoRaWAN, Blockchain database on the BigchainDB platform, optical character recognition (OCR) using WPOD-NET combined with SVM, and Cloud services. The main goal of the system is to integrate applications across different parking lots to help reduce deployment time, storage, and safely share information under the management of a reliable decentralized system, while designing a non-stop vehicle registration recognition system. Based on the results of this research, we have discovered a new approach that efficiently interacts and consumes less energy between components in parking lots, decentralized Blockchain networks, and Cloud services. Additionally, this system can simultaneously handle a large number of users while maintaining low average latency of about one second.
