The Student Affairs Department announces important information regarding the payment and initial registration of healthcare providers for the academic year 2023-2024, as follows:
1.Timeline: Registration at hospitals and payment can be done from the date of this announcement until the end of December 17, 2023.
2.Payment Method:
Payment and initial registration at healthcare providers:
ACB Bank - Saigon branch; Account name: University of Information Technology
Account number: 25083649
Payment details: <Full name>, <Student ID>, Payment for BHYT 2024
Amount: 680,400 VND.
3.Registration Process:
Students should log in to https://link.uit.edu.vn/Dang-ky-benh-vien and select the "Initial Healthcare Provider Registration" section. After choosing the hospital, students should press the "Save" button to store the information in the system.
4.Important Notes:
- Students residing in dormitories do NOT need to pay for Health Insurance at the university.
- Students who have been issued health insurance cards locally do NOT need to pay for Health Insurance at the university.
- Students are advised to check the expiration date of their Health Insurance cards at the information portal of the Vietnam Social Security: Link
- Alternatively, students can check the card's expiration date on the insurance app - VssID.
- After the specified deadline, if students do not register with an initial healthcare provider, the Student Affairs Department will automatically register them with the Thu Duc General Hospital.
- The following hospitals do NOT accept new registrations or changes in healthcare providers, only accepting renewals of existing cards: Hospital 175, Gia Dinh People's Hospital, Nguyen Tri Phuong Hospital, People's Hospital 115.
