To assist students in complying with the regulations, understanding relevant information, and acquiring necessary skills during their stay in the dormitory to build a Safe, Friendly, and Civilized Dormitory, the Dormitory Management Center (Center) announces guidelines for implementing the Dormitory Regulations for the academic year 2023-2024 as follows:
Target Audience:
- Freshmen (first-year students).
- Students from the second year onwards can register for dormitory accommodation from August 1, 2023 (except for students who stayed in the dormitory in the 2022-2023 academic year).
Organizational Form: The Center will develop 10 topics in the form of instructional videos posted on the website: http://tracnghiem1.ktxhcm.edu.vn or http://tracnghiem2.ktxhcm.edu.vn.
Students will participate in learning the content related to Dormitory Regulations for the academic year 2023-2024 through online methods:
- Students should carefully review the instructions in Appendix I and the instructional videos.
- Students should explore the Dormitory Regulations and additional information, necessary skills through 10 topics posted in video format on the website. Further information can be found in the "Handbook for Dormitory Residents in the academic year 2023-2024" and "Dormitory Regulations" (attached electronic version).

- Topic 2: Ensuring order and safety in the dormitory.
- Topic 3: Ensuring fire safety and emergency rescue.

- Topic 7: Health care.
- Topic 8: Disease prevention.
- Topic 9: Food safety and hygiene.
