The Office of Graduate Academic Affairs - Science Technology notifies all students regarding the submission of documents for the graduation assessment - Session 1, 2024, as follows:
Documents for graduation assessment registration include:

Application for Master's degree information (according to the template).

Certified copy of the Bachelor's degree + Certified transcript.

Photocopy of the birth certificate.

Certified copy of the Knowledge Enhancement Certificate if the student graduated from a related field in the Bachelor's program.

Scientific biography with confirmation from a relevant authority or local government (according to the template).

Certified copy of English proficiency certificates meeting the required standards.
Proof of graduation fee payment: 600,000 VND (Contact directly at Room A113, Office of Academic Affairs and Research).

Deadline for completing all document procedures: March 29, 2024 (Friday).

Submission locations:
Thu Duc: The Office of Graduate Academic Affairs - Science Technology, Room A.106, University of Information Technology. Quarter 6, Linh Trung Ward, Thu Duc District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Please note: Regarding the Scientific Research Thesis, if the student has already submitted a hybrid photo (as required) during the thesis defense registration, there is no need to resubmit it during the graduation assessment registration. Students can send their documents via express mail through the postal service to the address in Thu Duc.
Students are requested to strictly adhere to the regulations.
- Expected graduation ceremony: June 2024.
