Announcement on the scholarship review 'Wings of Dreams' for resident students in the Dormitory for the academic year 2023-2024

To further motivate resident students in their activities and studies, the Dormitory Management Center of VNU-HCM (the Center) announces the scholarship selection for the "Wings of Dreams" scholarship for the academic year 2023-2024 as follows:

Eligibility and Conditions for Scholarship Selection:
- Resident students at VNU-HCM Dormitory for the academic year 2023-2024 falling into one of the following categories:
  - Students with disabilities.
  - Students from difficult family circumstances, with good academic and extracurricular achievements and a determination to improve their lives.
  - Students actively participating in dormitory activities with good academic performance.
- Conditions for scholarship selection:
  - Students must have a training assessment result at the Center and at the University rated as good or above in the academic year 2022-2023 (for second-year students and above) or actively register to participate in volunteer activities at the dormitory in the academic year 2023-2024 (for first-year students).
  - Must not violate dormitory regulations.
  - Other cases will be decided by the Director of the Center.
Number and Value of Scholarships:
- Estimated quantity: 120 scholarships.
- Scholarship value: 3,000,000 VND per scholarship.
Timeline and Document Requirements for Scholarship Selection:

3.1 Timeline and Submission Location:
- Time: From November 4, 2023, to November 11, 2023.
- Location: at the Office of the Dormitory Management Cluster.
3.2 Requirements for Scholarship Selection Documents:
- Scholarship selection request form with confirmation from the Dormitory Management Cluster (according to the attached form or on the website: https://ktx.vnuhcm.edu.vn/bieu-mau.html).
- Citizen ID and student card (photocopy).
- Supporting documents (photocopy):
  - Academic achievements or awards from the University for academic and extracurricular achievements in the academic year 2022–2023 (for second-year students and above).
  - Certificate confirming severe illness, extremely difficult family circumstances, etc.
  - Achievements and awards obtained at the dormitory, University.
Note: The Center will not consider cases with late submissions or insufficient supporting documents.

The Dormitory Management Clusters will inform students to receive, check, compile documents, and submit them to the Student Affairs Office before November 14, 2023.
