Applicable to: Students in distance learning programs.
Step 1: Students write and submit a withdrawal request (template here), the request must be signed by the student.
Step 2: Students submit the request to the Center, along with any necessary documents or certificates (if any).
The Training Department of the Center will review and submit to the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors will issue a withdrawal decision and notify the processing results to the student via email.
Step 3: Students receive the withdrawal decision at the Center.
