The Faculty of Information Systems sends the following list to students of the Faculty for the anticipated handling of academic affairs in Semester 1 of the academic year 2023 - 2024.
Students are requested to review the list and contact their academic advisors to prepare and submit an appeal form to the advisor. The deadline for submitting appeals is from the date of this announcement until March 23, 2024.
Note:
- Students should refer to the Faculty's Appeal Form and adjust it to suit their individual circumstances. It is MANDATORY for the appeal form to include the opinions and information of the student's parents. Appeal forms without parental opinions will be considered invalid, and the Faculty's Executive Committee will not provide opinions on such forms.
- Students who have exceeded the duration of their study program can refer to the appeal form or write a letter to transfer to independent study.
- Students can find the appeal form on the Department of Information Systems website at https://is.uit.edu.vn/forms/ or refer to the attached form.
