CITD - Guidelines for Students to Receive Student ID Cards and Admission Letters

1. For students who receive directly or have family/friends assist in receiving:

Step 1: Students go to the Center for Information Technology Development, 07-09 Nguyen Binh Khiem Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City (Floor 1, Building E, School of Education Management) during office hours (Monday to Friday, morning from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM, afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM).

Step 2: Students read the Student ID number (MSSV) and receive the ID card, admission letter, carefully check the MSSV, full name, and sign for acknowledgment. Students can collect cards on behalf of classmates (students will sign on their behalf).

2. For students outside the districts of Ho Chi Minh City, provinces, and centrally governed cities (Note: Students can wait until the end of the semester to collect them at the University)

Step 1: Students use their university email to send a request to citd@uit.edu.vn

Email Subject: FULL NAME OF STUDENT_MSSV_REQUEST TO SEND STUDENT ID CARD AND ADMISSION LETTER HOME.

Content:

To the Center for Information Technology Development,

My name is: ...

MSSV: ...

I am sending this email to request the Center's assistance in sending the student ID card and admission letter to my home at the following address:

Recipient: ...

Phone number: ...

Address: ....

Postal delivery charges will be covered by me and paid to the postal worker.
