January 22, 2024: Opening of registration for the Competency Assessment Examination (Đánh giá năng lực - ĐGNL) Phase 1.
March 4, 2024: End of registration for the Competency Assessment Examination (ĐGNL) Phase 1.
April 7, 2024: Conducting the Competency Assessment Examination (ĐGNL) Phase 1.
April 15, 2024: Announcement of the results for the Competency Assessment Examination (ĐGNL) Phase 1.

Examination locations:

Central and South Central Region: Thua Thien Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Binh Thuan.
Central Highlands: Dak Lak, Lam Dong.
Southeast Region: Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Binh Phuoc, Tay Ninh.
Southwest Region: Tien Giang, Ben Tre, Dong Thap, Vinh Long, An Giang, Can Tho, Kien Giang, Bac Lieu.
