Paper Summary:

In today's world, searching and exploring information have become essential parts of modern life. Search engines have demonstrated their capabilities in enhancing the knowledge search process, mainly focusing on searching websites or images. The ability to search for information within videos is crucial for experimentation and further research to enhance the power of search tools. In this study, we explore the potential of video information search tools by introducing BlazeSearch, a multimodal search engine designed to search video frames with simple text input. Leveraging the OpenCLIP model, superior for text-image retrieval tasks, our search tool ensures reliability and accuracy. Furthermore, we optimize the search speed and provide a user-friendly interface with full functionality for BlazeSearch, enhancing the user experience.

The SoICT 2023 conference will take place in Ho Chi Minh City, organized by the University of Information Technology and Communication - Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Science, Laboratory Informatics, Modelling and Optimization System (LIMOS), The French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), and the Institute for Advanced Study in Mathematics. The event is scheduled for December 7-8, 2023.
