The Postgraduate Training Department and the Faculty of Information Technology would like to inform all students enrolled in the Master's program, Batch 15 (Round 1, 2020), who have not completed their studies, about the specific procedures for the second extension as follows:
Students are eligible for study extension when they meet the following conditions:
- Completion of the official 2-year study period of the training course.
- Fulfillment of tuition fee obligations, including the extension fee as per regulations.
- No violations beyond the suspension level.
- Submission of an extension request using the prescribed form.
The department will consider and complete the extension procedures for each student based on their extension request and compliance with the conditions.
Submission method: Students are required to scan and fill out the extension request form available at https://forms.gle/y5xxHDKLzGDMdSsCA.
Deadline: The deadline is March 15, 2024. Please ensure the extension fee payment is made by this date as per the notification.
