Ho Chi Minh City National University Union (VNU-HCM): Organizes a Visit to National Artistic Architectural Relics

On March 31st, the VNU-HCM Union organized a group visit to the national-level artistic architectural relic of the People's Council and the People's Committee Headquarters of Ho Chi Minh City, commemorating the 114th International Women's Day and the 1984th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising.

The visiting group included over 70 union officials from the VNU-HCM Union's Executive Committee, Women's Union, grassroots unions, and the Union President Tran Anh Cuong as the head of the delegation.

The group toured and learned about the history, development, and architectural style of the People's Council and the People's Committee Headquarters of the city; visited the international guest reception room and a map of Ho Chi Minh City crafted during the French colonial era; and explored the exhibition space showcasing the economic, cultural, and social achievements of Ho Chi Minh City with many impressive images. Afterwards, the group paid tribute at the statues of President Ho Chi Minh and President Ton Duc Thang at the Dragon Wharf.

The program helped union officials gain a deeper understanding, love, and pride in the dynamic, friendly, and compassionate city of Ho Chi Minh.
