The Student Affairs Department provides information on organizing health checkups and creating electronic health records for dormitory residents in the academic year 2023-2024 according to Announcement 804/TTQLKT-CTSV dated November 25, 2023, from the Dormitory Management Center.
For students in the 2023 cohort residing in dormitories, you may submit the health examination document to the dormitory according to the regulations (however, it should not be more than 6 months as stipulated). Students can download the health examination document file in the online student profile section.
The Student Affairs Department notifies dormitory residents to be aware of this information.
