Competition for enthusiastic designers has officially launches
Attention all talented designers! It's time to showcase your design skills and legal knowledge by participating in our exciting competition!
Participants: HCYU Members and students currently studying or working at University of Information Technology.
Competition Details:
Each participant is required to create a promotional product, either an image or a video clip, related to one of the current laws, including: Education Law, Youth Law, Cybersecurity Law, Social Insurance Law, Environmental Protection Law, Road Traffic Law, Law on Prevention of Drug-related Crimes, Law on Prevention of Tobacco Harms, Law on Prevention of Alcohol Harms, and Fire Prevention and Fighting Law.
Presentation Guidelines:
- Entries must be created using modern design software and must adhere to the standards set by the Organizing Committee.
- Images submitted should be sized 40 x 60 (landscape or portrait), saved in JPEG or PNG format, and ranging from 2 MB to 20 MB in size.
- Video clips should be exported in HD (1280 x 720) or FULL HD (1920 x 1080) format, with a duration not exceeding 5 minutes and a size no larger than 1 GB.
Submission Deadline: Until 5:00 PM on November 10, 2023.

The Organizing Committee will post competition information on the Youth UIT fan page and calculate points from the votes until November 15, 2023. Specifically, points will be calculated as follows:
+ Each reaction: 01 point
+ Each comment: 02 points
+ Each share: 03 points
Important Notes:
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to decide which products meet the participation criteria for voting.
- All submissions sent to the Organizing Committee will be owned by the Committee and the authors. The Competition Committee is allowed to use them for legitimate communication purposes.
- The Organizing Committee will evaluate and vote when there are at least 05 entries participating in the competition.
Prizes Structure:
- 01 First Prize: Commendation from the University Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (valued at 800,000 VND).
- 01 Second Prize: Commendation from the University Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (valued at 600,000 VND).
- 01 Third Prize: Commendation from the University Youth Union Executive Committee + Gift (valued at 300,000 VND).
