'TAEK IT ISEE' CHALLENGE INFORMATION

Rules:
- Perform movements as required, including 2 forms:

Individual: Meet the minimum requirements to be considered completing the challenge.

Team (unlimited number): Total time and minimum number of repetitions = number of people in the team x
program requirements. In a relay format, only the total achievement of each team member is counted if they meet the requirements, not individually.
If a team member refuses to participate in the next challenge, the total requirements for the entire team are still counted as initially set. Each player participates in only one form.
- Minigame "Pushing Limits":
After completing the minimum requirements outlined by the program, players can continue to do the maximum number of repetitions for time-based exercises and the longest possible time for hour-based exercises (default minigame: when everyone participates in the program, it is considered participating in the minigame).
- Participation forms:

Individual: Best achievement.

Team: Total individual achievements of each team member.
Prizes: According to the best performance in each challenge.

Challenge 1: Valued at 300k (individual 100k; team 200k).

Challenge 2: Valued at 450k (individual 150k; team 300k).
Note: If all challenges are completed and participation in the Taekwondo Club's activities is attended, it will be considered meeting the criteria for the "Good Physical Fitness" of the Student 5 Good Titles.
