The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs announces the plan for handling academic affairs in Semester 1, Academic Year 2023-2024 as follows:

1	06/03/2024	The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs sends the list of students expected to undergo academic affairs processing to the Academic Affairs and Tuition Fee Management Office (PKHTC) for tuition fee verification.
2	13/03/2024	The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of Excellent Programs sends the list of students expected to undergo academic affairs processing to the respective Departments / Subjects; simultaneously sends an email to each student.
3	14/03-20/03/2024	The Faculty announce the acceptance of students' petition for review and provide feedback on the petition (fill out the academic affairs processing file) sent to the The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of Excellent Programs.
4	21/03-25/03/2024	The Office of Undergraduate Academic Affairs and the Office of Excellent Programs reviews the list and provides feedback on the academic affairs processing file.
6	26/03-29/03/2024	Academic Affairs Board Meeting and announcement of the acceptance of review petitions for cases requiring additional documentation.
7	01-05/04/2024	Decision on the list of students undergoing academic affairs processing for Semester 1, Academic Year 2023-2024.
