Plan for the Inauguration of Spring UIT Campus, Culinary Festival, and Traditional Games to Welcome the Year of the Dragon 2024

Dear Teachers/Colleagues,

In accordance with the plan 02/KH-CĐCNTT dated January 16, 2024, regarding the organization of the inauguration of the Spring UIT 2024 campus, the culinary and traditional games festival to welcome the Year of the Rat 2024:

Time – Location
- Time: 08:00 AM - 11:30 AM on January 22, 2024.
- Location: Spring UIT Campus.
Organization of the inauguration of the Spring UIT 2024 campus
- Leadership speech and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the inauguration of the Spring UIT 2024 campus.
- Photo session with the Board of Directors and all staff members.
Organization of the sale of various cakes and beverages from the three regions.
Organization of traditional games with prizes (team games with 4 members each):
a) Three-brick walking game.
b) Lemon passing game with spoons.
c) Object movement game with a plank.
Organization of the Spring UIT cultural program.
Booth registration
- Departments are required to register food stalls with Mr. Nguyen Manh Hoang at hoangnm@uit.edu.vn before 12:00 PM on January 19, 2024. Registration details should include: Unit, item for sale, selling price, etc.
- The organizing committee will prioritize registrations from department unions, and in case of overlapping food items, the organizing committee will suggest alternative items.

Note:

The organizing committee will arrange to serve Vietnamese pancakes (Banh Xeo) for all staff members (free of charge) during the festival.
After the sales session, each booth is responsible for cleaning up and maintaining hygiene.
