To support and enhance the quality of human resources for developing countries, since 2011, in addition to the annual scholarship program for the students of the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City (VNU-HCM), the Pony Chung Scholarship Foundation under Hyundai Development Company, South Korea, has been implementing a study abroad scholarship program in South Korea called the Pony Chung Invitation Scholarship Program. The scholarship includes:
