In an effort to encourage individuals to continue their exemplary participation in student movements, the Department of Computer Networks and Communications' Youth Union organizes a recognition ceremony to honor those with outstanding achievements, active engagement, and deserving of prestigious titles as students.
In this recognition ceremony, the Department of Computer Networks and Communications will bestow the titles of "Pioneering Youth Following Uncle Ho's Words" and "5 Tot" at the Department level for the academic year 2022-2023.

Venue: Hall E, University of Information Technology.
Participants: Individuals being recognized and awarded, as well as students summoned to attend.
Attire: Vietnamese Youth Union uniform, Student Union uniform, white dress shirt, or clothing with the university's logo.
