For the academic year 2023-2024, the Hessen Ministry of Science and Art (HMWK) and the World University Service (WUS), Germany, continue to implement the Hessen scholarship program for Vietnamese students. Details for students at University of Information Technology (UIT) are as follows:
1. Number of scholarships: 8 slots for UIT students
2. Scholarship value: 216 Euro/slot
3. Eligibility criteria:
- Academic results in the most recent semester with a GPA of 7.5 or above.
- Difficult family circumstances, or children of war veterans, martyrs, ethnic minorities, or other challenging situations.
- Currently not receiving any other scholarship support from any organization or individual.
- Participation in social activities (priority criteria) such as voluntary blood donation, youth volunteering for disaster relief, traffic safety, Covid-19 prevention, or other forms of community service.
4. Scholarship evaluation process:
- Students should apply through the form by January 5, 2024.

The scholarship examination committee will review applications and announce results on January 8, 2024.
Students nominated for the scholarship should prepare the required documents according to the template and submit them by January 11, 2024.
5. Required documents for scholarship evaluation:

- Certificate of academic results (according to the template).
- Confirmation of family circumstances (if applicable).
- Certificate of participation in social activities (if applicable).
