On October 3, 2023, at 10:00 AM, Room E10.3, the Faculty of Information Science and Engineering successfully organized a specialized report session by Ph.D. student.
The session was chaired by Dr. Nguyen Gia Tuan Anh, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology, Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy Ngan, Vice President of University of Information Technology, Dr. Ngo Duc Thanh, Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science, Dr. Pham Van Hau, Head of the Information Security, along with the participation of esteemed professors, advisors, and Ph.D. students.
The report session proceeded smoothly with discussions on the challenges and needs of the Ph.D. students. Solutions, support measures, suggestions, and proposals were discussed to help Ph.D. students complete their studies, research, defend their theses and dissertations on time.
Several suggestions and contributions were noted and discussed, and the following conclusions were drawn from the report session
-Ph.D. students should prioritize prerequisite tasks to maximize cost-efficiency and achieve high effectiveness in terms of effort and thesis progress.
-Academic departments will closely monitor the progress of Ph.D. students, providing maximum support for their courses and addressing any challenges they face.
