TAEK IT ISEE 2024 - Supplementary Admission Evaluation

Are you a "Fitness Expert" but struggling to find time to complete the Taek It ISee challenge? Don't worry because we always create conditions for everyone to both train and achieve more for themselves!

After consulting with the board of directors, we have decided to send "rescue tickets" to our community. These tickets can be exchanged for 1 activity session with the UIT Taekwondo Club at the recent Challenge 3.

Furthermore, we continue to accept submissions for Challenges 1 and 2, so everyone, please manage your time to complete them!

Especially, those who participated in Challenge 3 with the UIT Taekwondo Club will receive a meaningful gift from the club. Contact the fan page promptly to receive this "limited" gift!

Bonus challenge information:

Wall Sit Challenge: at least 35s for males, 25s for females

Sumo Squat Challenge: at least 25 reps for males, 20 reps for females

Burpees Challenge: at least 15 reps for males, 10 reps for females

Mountain Climber Challenge: at least 25s for males, 20s for females

Deadline for completing the challenge: by the end of March 3, 2024

To provide opportunities for everyone to participate in the program, we have decided to continue accepting submissions for Challenge 1 and Challenge 2. Challenge 2: Squat + Leg Raise + Russian Twist

Task 1: Conquer Squats (at least 15 reps for females, 20 reps for males)

Task 2: Conquer Leg Raises (at least 5 reps for females, 7 reps for males)

Task 3: Conquer Russian Twist (at least 10 reps for both males and females)

Note that for the Russian Twist movement, "left + right" equals 1 rep. The rest time between exercises is 1 minute, and participants must be present in the video throughout.

Challenge 1: Side Lunges & Plank

Minimum requirements:

Plank Challenge: at least 1 minute and 15 seconds for males, 45 seconds for females

Side Lunges Challenge: at least 20 reps for both males and females
