University of Information Technology congratulates the 02 teams from TeamQ - Wanna.W1n Information Security Club for being selected among the 41 teams in the preliminary round out of over 200 teams in the Data for Life 2023 competition.
Details of the 02 topics:
1/ Method for detecting phishing websites based on multi-method deep learning to evade user protection (Team members: Vo Quang Minh - Bui Tan Hai Dang)
2/ System for detecting and alerting unusual transactions in online banking (Team members: Phan Nguyen Huu Phong - Le Hoang Phuc - Bui Vuong Tam Anh - Tran Kim Ngoc Ngan - Tran Dinh Khoa)
The Data for Life 2023 competition, organized by the Administrative Management Police Department (C06) - Ministry of Public Security, in collaboration with Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Vietnam Television, and VnExpress, started on August 7, 2023.
The competition consists of three rounds: preliminary (41 teams), finals (10 teams), where prizes will be awarded to 5 outstanding teams. The final round is scheduled to take place on November 23-24 at Hanoi University of Science and Technology. The total estimated prize pool is 370 million VND, with the first and second prizes being 200 million VND and 100 million VND, respectively.
