[UIT Youth Theory Club] 20/10 - Honoring Vietnamese Women

The women in our lives holds a special place in each of our hearts. They could be nurturing mothers, gentle and kind wives, or beloved grandmothers... And October 20th, Vietnamese Women's Day, is a very special occasion for us to express our gratitude, appreciation, and honor for the most important women in our lives.

Throughout thousands of years, Vietnamese women have left their footprints on the pages of history. From the times of female generals Trung Trac, Trung Nhi, and Ba Trieu to the years of the resistance against the French and the Americans, ensuring peace for our nation. Young girls in their late teens and early twenties took their youth to the battlefield, such as Vo Thị Sau, Tran Thi Minh Khai, Nguyen Thi Dinh, or those in the rear, the heroic Vietnamese mothers who sacrificed their youth and families for our nation to be what it is today. October 20th every year is a day to show our gratitude and acknowledge the immense contributions of women in the nation-building and preserving process. They are the shining examples of being "excellent in work, resolute in home responsibilities," truly deserving the golden words: “Heroic, Indomitable, Virtuous, Responsible.”

On the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day, October 20th, UIT Youth Theory Club extends deep gratitude, appreciation, and honor to all women. We wish for our grandmothers, mothers, aunts, and sisters to always be healthy, happy alongside their loved ones, and to increasingly affirm their position and role in every era.
