Clarification of Questions Related to Tuition Fees for Semester 2, 2023 - 2024

To prepare well for Semester 2, 2023-2024, and subsequent semesters, students of Batch 2020, 2021 need to pay attention to the following:

  1. Students of Computer Science - Class of 2020 (3.5 years):

    • This semester marks the end of your program, so if you haven't completed the curriculum or haven't been reviewed for graduation, you will pay for the Tuition Fee installment 1, which includes Graduation Fee (installment 1) + Tuition Fee for courses (installment 2).
    • Students who review for graduation in the 1st review session of 2024 won't have to pay the Graduation Fee. Those reviewing in the 2nd session will pay the Graduation Fee.
  2. For Batch 2020 with an 8-semester program but not registering for courses:

    • If you graduate in the 1st or 2nd review session of 2024, you don't need to pay for Semester 2 as it is considered exceeding the curriculum. If you don't graduate in time for the 1st or 2nd session for any reason, you'll have to pay for Semester 2 in the 3rd review session, as exceeding the curriculum wasn't successful, and according to the curriculum, students have to pay for the actual number of semesters.
  3. For students who have exceeded the designed study time:

    • Graduating in the 1st review session of 2024 means you don't have to pay the Graduation Fee for Semester 2, 2023-2024.
    • Graduating in the 2nd review session of 2024 requires completing the Graduation Fee for Semester 2, 2023-2024.
  4. If unsure about when to review for graduation:

    • Pay the Graduation Fee or Tuition Fee for Semester 2 first. If there's no additional fee, after graduation, the excess amount will be refunded.
  5. Why receive a fee notification SMS when planning to review in the 1st review session of 2024?

    • The system doesn't know who will graduate in the 1st session, who hasn't finished their study, who will review in the 2nd, 3rd sessions, etc. Therefore, notifications are sent to all students. If you plan to review early, the fee will be adjusted after the results are announced.
