From April 8th to April 13th, 2024, the 30th National Student Mathematical Olympic competition took place at Duy Tan University, Da Nang City, with the participation of over 699 contestants from universities and academies nationwide (each school with a maximum of 10 students), competing in one or both subjects: Algebra and Analysis.
The UIT Student Mathematical Olympic Team in 2024 was established according to Decision No. 269/QD-DHCNTT, dated March 27, 2024 by the university, consisting of 08 members participating in Category A (for universities, research institutes offering training in Mathematics with excellent performance in previous years) in both Algebra and Analysis, under the leadership of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Cao Thanh Tinh.
The results of the UIT Student Mathematical Olympic Team in 2024 achieved 06 official prizes, as follows:
03 Silver Medals (Second Prize)

03 Bronze Medals (Third Prize)
