From paper flowers to carefully cut and pasted decorative phrases, everything carries the dedication and heartfelt efforts of the Vị Xuân 5 soldiers.
After completion, the Spring Corner has given the People's Committee of Tân Quới Commune a completely new look, adorned with vibrant colors and a light, joyful atmosphere.
