"International Bachelor's Degree" brings about a difference

Information Technology is one of the appealing fields for young people nowadays. Experiencing an international education environment, connecting with global students, receiving an internationally valued bachelor's degree... these are the choices for being more proactive in the modern globalized job market.

English & Soft Skills: Advantages of International Program Students

Foreign languages and soft skills are often considered challenges for many students in technology-related fields, becoming barriers for even highly skilled students to enter large companies or foreign corporations. Besides taking external English language courses, international programs taught entirely in this language help students strengthen their specialized English, form effective habits of using English in a professional working environment.

In terms of skills, international collaboration programs are organized into small classes, emphasizing group work, presentations, debates, and practical projects to provide students with opportunities to develop their working skills. Some students may face initial difficulties in adapting to new learning methods, but the counseling form (academic advisor/counselor) - commonly found in developed education systems - will promptly help students get accustomed to the requirements of proactive learning and form proactive thinking in their future work.

For the Information Technology & Communication field, University of Information Technology, VNUHCM (UIT) is asserting its position with outstanding training quality, leading to well-employed and successful graduates. UIT's international collaboration program partner is Birmingham City University (BCU - United Kingdom), a university with over 180 years of training history, currently ranked 601-800 in the World University Rankings.

Saving study abroad costs, broadening career opportunities after graduation

A quality collaboration program, guaranteed by the reputation of both parties - the member university of VNU-HCM and the foreign partner university - is the top choice for students to benefit from international education values. This choice also helps students save costs compared to studying abroad.

At UIT, the Bachelor's programs in Computer Science, Computer Networks, and Information Security linked with BCU have reasonable tuition fees, only 1/8th of the fees when studying in the UK. Students can study the entire 3.5 years in Vietnam or flexibly transfer to the UK for the final year (with fees according to BCU's regulations); both forms of study are accepted by BCU, and the degree is internationally recognized.

In addition, students in the international collaboration program at UIT also enjoy many other benefits throughout their study, with continuous academic advisors throughout the course, opportunities to meet employers, and business experiences to enhance practical understanding.

These experiential activities are advantages that help students accumulate experience, build relationships, and be more proactive in seizing the most preferred career opportunities - whether students choose to study entirely domestically or transfer abroad, choose to work, or continue studying after completing the program.
