To continue the introduction of the judges accompanying the program "Quest for Talent: Who Will Shine?", the organizing committee is pleased to reveal a special musical talent, who has captivated the audience with the ability to sing both male and female voices, and that is Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long.
Currently, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long is a vocal music teacher, a graduate of Classical Vocal Music at the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Jazz - Pop - Rock Vocal Music from the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music. In terms of teaching skills, he specializes in vocal and light music, conquering high notes, appreciating music, and performance techniques.
In addition, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long has 8 years of experience as a singer with remarkable achievements, such as participating in major programs like The Voice, Sao Mai, performing on television channels like Quoc Phong VN, HTV, VTV 1, VTV 3; 3 years of experience in teaching at high schools, Colleges of Culture and Arts, and specialized centers for vocal music training. He has also served as a Judge in singing competitions at high schools, colleges, and universities, as well as a coach for students admitted to institutions like the College of Culture and Arts and the Ho Chi Minh City Conservatory of Music.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long has achieved numerous notable awards and accomplishments, including being the champion of the 2018 singing competition, Top 15 in The Voice 2019, and Top 5 in Sao Mai's light music category in 2022.

The competition consists of 2 rounds:
Online Qualifying Round: December 10, 2023
- Format: Performance videos shot in a vertical aspect ratio of 9:16. For acting performances, a horizontal aspect ratio of 16:9 or 18:9 is allowed.
Final Round: December 25, 2023

Prize Structure:
1st Prize: 2,000,000 VND in cash + commemorative medal.
2nd Prize: 1,000,000 VND in cash + commemorative medal.
3rd Prize: 500,000 VND in cash + commemorative medal.
Honorable Mention: 500,000 VND in cash + commemorative medal.
