Radiant Colors at the Ao Dai Festival at the University of Information Technology

Joining the vibrant atmosphere of the 10th Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival in 2024, the collective of female officials and workers at the University of Information Technology (UIT), Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City, shone brightly in their elegant Ao Dai attire as they arrived at the university.

In response to the "Ho Chi Minh City Ao Dai Festival" taking place from March 1, 2024, to March 17, 2024, female officials and workers of UIT adorned themselves in graceful Ao Dai outfits. The UIT departments' trade unions came together to create charming images with their flowing Ao Dai, exuding the serene beauty, gentleness, and traditional yet dynamic and creative spirit of modern women.

Not stopping there, UIT's female officials and workers also participated in the program "Ao Dai - Sharing Love" organized by the Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City's Trade Union. The program aimed to donate Ao Dai (fabric or ready-made white Ao Dai) to female workers and their children (high school students, university students) facing difficulties, as well as female teachers in remote areas of Dong Thap province. This initiative not only celebrates and spreads the beauty of Ao Dai but also shares happiness, love, and motivation with the women around them.

Ao Dai is a cultural heritage of Vietnam and a source of pride for the Vietnamese people. These colorful Ao Dai outfits honor the beautiful traditional values, igniting love and pride in the millennia-old culture, and at the same time, serve as an opportunity to introduce more about the culture and country of Vietnam.
