Continuing its annual activities, the DSC Club has returned with a captivating sharing session on Project Management. The club would like to express deep gratitude to Mr. Phan Xuân Quang and Mr. Nguyễn Công Tấn Phát for taking the time to share their valuable practical experiences accumulated over an extended period.
Indeed, aside from learning programming languages, having specific knowledge about project management is also an advantage in today's competitive market. Project Management involves applying knowledge and methods such as Project Life Cycle or Agile Scrum Methodology to project activities to effectively plan, control, and measure the workload, meeting the needs to complete assigned project phases. Understanding this process and its operation makes running projects much more manageable.
Through the dedicated sharing session of these two individuals, members of the club undoubtedly gained a better understanding of Project Management. They can also apply these management methods to their lives, studies, and upcoming personal projects.
