1. Registration:
- Participants register in groups of 3 students, with at least 1 student from University of Information Technology (UIT).
- Each group can register only 1 idea to ensure focus.

2. Preliminary Round:
- Time: December 15 - December 21, 2023.
- Teams submit their ideas according to the competition's regulations, including idea description, presentation, and illustrations (if any).
- From all projects and ideas, the organizing committee selects the top 20 innovative and feasible ideas to enter the Hackathon round.
3. Hackathon Round:
- Time: 5:00 PM on December 23, 2023, to 9:00 AM on December 24, 2023.
- Content: At 5:00 PM on December 23, 2023, the organizing committee provides detailed requirements for products participating in the final round. This includes:
- Developing and designing the brand identity.
- Creating a promotional video for the idea/product.
- Preparing a presentation PowerPoint for the final round.
- All submissions are sent to the email provided by the organizing committee.
- Scoring: Judged by the panel and contributes 40% to the overall score.
- The video clips of the teams will also participate in the "Most Favorite Idea/Project" award, based on audience voting from 8:00 PM on December 24, 2023, to 4:00 PM on December 26, 2023.
4. Final Round:
- Time: 9:00 AM on December 24, 2023 (Sunday).
- Format: Pitching, accounting for 60% of the total score.
- Participants present their projects for 5 minutes, engage in debates, and persuade the Jury.
- Scoring method: The total points accumulated from the Hackathon to the Final Round.
- Announcement of results and prize presentation.
5. Prizes:
- 1 First Prize worth 7,000,000 VND + Certificate.
- 1 Second Prize worth 5,000,000 VND + Certificate.
- 1 Third Prize worth 4,000,000 VND + Certificate.
- 2 Encouragement Prizes, each worth 2,000,000 VND + Certificate.
- 1 Most Favorite Project/Idea Prize worth 1,000,000 VND + Certificate.
6. Notes:
- The contest ideas must be new and not previously awarded First, Second, or Third Prize, and must not copy any content from others in similar competitions.
- In case of detecting signs of idea copying, similarity of 70% in brand identity, or violations of copyright, intellectual property laws, etc., the team will be disqualified immediately upon discovery.
- The decision of the organizing committee is final in case of disputes or violations mentioned above.
- Ideas or projects that won First, Second, or Third Prizes in previous years (organized by the Faculty Boards) cannot participate in this year's competition.
