The competition consists of 2 rounds:

Online Qualification Round:
- Date: 10/12/2023
- Format: Video performances should be recorded in a vertical 9:16 aspect ratio, while performances can be recorded horizontally in a 16:9 or 18:9 aspect ratio.

Final Round:
- Date: 22/12/2023
- Format: Details will be announced in subsequent posts.
Prizes:
- First Prize: 2,000,000 VND cash + commemorative medal.
- Second Prize: 1,000,000 VND cash + commemorative medal.
- Third Prize: 500,000 VND cash + commemorative medal.
