So, another year has passed, and a new year has arrived. On the occasion of the new year, UIT Taekwondo Club (TKU) wishes everyone a healthy, joyful, and happy 2024 alongside their loved ones.
At this time every year, our UIT students must be eagerly anticipating the upcoming Tet holiday, right? Spring is not only the season of smiles and happiness but also an opportunity for us to gather with family and enjoy delicious banh chung and banh tet.
Understanding this sentiment, the TKU Training Committee tirelessly compiles simple yet exciting exercises. We hope that this training period will provide our members with "super" strength to wish for a prosperous and warm year.
As the New Year and Tet have arrived, we have already begun our training season. Everyone, don't forget to engage in daily physical exercises to stay strong on the upcoming journey.
