On the afternoon of October 25, 2017, the University of Information Technology (UIT) had a meeting with the University of Tasmania.
Attending the meeting, University of Tasmania’s representatives are Prof. Rob Atkinson, Vice President.
Representatives of Ho Chi Minh City UIT are Ms. Ho Thi Minh Phuong, Deputy Head of External Relations Office.
This working session aims to understand and build cooperation between the two Universities. Prof. Rob Atkinson wants to launch short-term student exchanges such as summer exchange and internship. Based on this cooperation, the University of Tasmania and UIT will develop long-term 2 + 2 or 4 + 2 training programs.
At the end of the meeting, representatives from Tasmanian University and UIT hoped that the two universities would develop the cooperative opportunities to open more chances for UIT students learning in the international environment.
