After an intense battle of wits, the Double Kill and FINDY teams officially clinched the championship of AISC 2023.
On the morning of January 3, 2024, the final round and award ceremony of the AISC 2023 competition took place at Hall E, University of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thuan, Head of the Organizing Committee; Dr. Cao Thi Nhan, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee; Dr. Duong Ngoc Hao, Deputy Head of the Undergraduate Training and Research Department; lecturers, and representatives from various technology companies.
The final round judging panel included experts, representatives of the organizing committee, and experienced professionals in the field: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thuan, Head of the Organizing Committee; Dr. Cao Thi Nhan, Deputy Head of the Organizing Committee; Dr. Phan Cong Chinh, General Director of YOOT Technology and Trading Joint Stock Company; Mr. Nguyen Chi Thanh, Software Project Manager at FPT Software; Mr. Hoang Viet Thanh, Solution Architect at FPT Software; Ms. Tran Thi Phuong Chi, representative of FPT Software; Mr. Ho Hai Trung, Senior Engineer at TMA Corporation; Mr. Nguyen Hieu Truc, Solution Architect at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam; Mr. Trinh Quoc Huy, Service Delivery Manager at Bosch Global Software Technologies Vietnam. In this year's competition, the overall results depended not only on the judges but also on the audience who followed the competition.

In his speech at the award ceremony on January 3, PGS. Dr. Nguyen Dinh Thuan, Head of the Organizing Committee, mentioned that this year's competition attracted many teams from universities across Ho Chi Minh City. He especially welcomed the reports of the students in this year's competition. In the final round, the teams presented their topics, convincing the judges with practical evidence related to their projects, answering questions after the presentation, and receiving valuable feedback from the judging panel.
After many hours of competition, the Double Kill team (theme: Data-driven business) and the FINDY team (theme: Digital business ideas) excellently achieved the First Prize of this year's competition. It is known that the project of the FINDY team is "Find Yourself: Explore Yourself - A platform connecting seekers and beauticians," and "ELITE FITNESS - Smart fitness support platform" is the project of the Double Kill team.
The Second Prize went to the SoS team and the Buziers team; the Third Prize was awarded to the PaPy team and the Healthtect.solution team; the Encouragement Prize was shared by the ROCKET team, WON team, Water-melon team, and SportTogether team. Also, during the ceremony, the Organizing Committee awarded the "Impressive Presentation" prize to the V&T UNITY team, ROCKET team, FINDY team, and the "Impressive Presentation" prize to the VX4 team and S2Blue team.
The FINDY team won the First Prize in the Digital Business Ideas category.
The First Prize in the Data-driven Business category was awarded to the Double Kill team.
The Advanced Information Systems Contest 2023 – AISC'23 is an academic competition aimed at proposing ideas and solutions to solve real-world problems in the field of Information Systems and E-commerce. The competition is organized annually by the Faculty of Information Systems, University of Information Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University, for the student community of universities in Ho Chi Minh City.
