Office of Graduate Study, Science & Technology announces the commencement of the evaluation process for research funding support and awards for student scientific research in November 2023.
Procedure:
Step 1: Students, graduate students, and postgraduate students fill out the research paper information in the registration form: https://forms.gle/xJMzoF151facKuSPA and forward the Response Receipt to the email of the supervisor, team members, Department Office, Office Student Affairs (ctsv@uit.edu.vn), Office of Academic Affairs (phongdaotaodh@uit.edu.vn), Office of Graduate Study, Science & Technology (qlkhcn@uit.edu.vn), and Office of Excellent Programs (if students are from High-Quality Programs, Honor Programs, Advanced Programs). This will be considered an electronic application for processing by relevant units.
Step 2: In each evaluation period (June and November every year), the faculties will review the research papers and submit proposals for funding support and awards to Office of Graduate Study, Science & Technology.
Step 3: Office of Graduate Study, Science & Technology will collaborate with other relevant units (Office Student Affairs, Office of Finance and Planning Affairs) to implement the awards according to regulations.

All faculties are requested to inform students and complete the necessary procedures on the Office platform and submit the documents to Office of Graduate Study, Science & Technology from November 6, 2023, to November 16, 2023.
Important Notes:

The evaluation process for research funding support and awards for student scientific research will be conducted on the 1Office platform.

Faculties are reminded not to award additional points for courses and theses.

Faculties should review the updated attached regulations and follow the provided form according to the guidelines.
