Discussion on feedback on the training program

With the desire to contribute effectively to the high-quality human resources training, meeting the needs of economic, cultural, social development, and integration, on the morning of December 19, 2023, the Software Engineering Faculty organized a conference to gather opinions on the training program. The event was attended by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Tan Tran Minh Khang, Vice President; M.S. Le Thanh Trong, Associate Dean of the Faculty; representatives of the leadership of various units within the university; representatives from businesses and organizations employing labor, lecturers, alumni, and current students in the Software Engineering program.

The curriculum is designed to harmoniously combine theory and practice, internships, helping students grasp knowledge, perform well in practical tasks, and apply skills to real-world scenarios. As a result, students have the ability to control and operate equipment, handle technical situations, and exhibit skills in the workplace.

The conference received many contributions from representatives of educational institutions, experts, and shared experiences in building standards for undergraduate programs in the Engineering field. Based on the content related to objectives, admission criteria, output standards, and program structure, participants provided valuable input to enhance the Software Engineering training program.

Addressing the conference, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Tan Tran Minh Khang, Vice President, shared that University of Information Technology is growing every day. However, to meet the demand for human resources in society during the integration period, the university focuses on investing in people, infrastructure, and connecting with businesses in line with new trends in constructing successful programs. The initial results have been promising, with graduates meeting standards, gaining societal recognition, and nearly 100% of them finding employment.
