Guidelines for Participants in the 2024 National Assessment of Academic Aptitude

Expected to have nearly 100,000 candidates participating in the first round of the 2024 National Assessment of Academic Aptitude (NAAA) on April 7th in 24 locations nationwide. So, what do candidates need to keep in mind when participating in this exam?

Not bringing personal identification documents will result in disqualification from the exam.

Candidates must be present at the assessment room at the specified time stated in the exam admission ticket to complete the necessary procedures.

When taking the exam, candidates need to bring all required documents as specified in the exam admission ticket, and present their personal identification documents used for registration, including one of the following types (original copy, still valid, with personal information matching the registration information): national identity card, citizen identification card, passport.

In case a candidate does not bring the Exam Admission Ticket, they must be present at the Examination Council room at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for candidates to complete the necessary procedures. If there are any discrepancies in the candidate's name, date of birth, contact information (email, phone number, address) in the exam participant list and the Exam Admission Ticket, the candidate must report it immediately to the exam supervisor (CBCT) before the exam to resolve it promptly.

Candidates who do not bring the required personal identification documents as specified above will not be allowed to participate in the exam.

How to leave the exam room?

Candidates are not allowed to leave the exam room during the entire exam period. They must not submit their exam papers before the allotted time is up. In necessary cases, candidates are only allowed to leave the exam room with permission from the exam supervisor and must be under the supervision of the exam proctor.

Before leaving the exam room, candidates must return all distributed exam materials, including answer sheets, exam papers, and rough drafts, to the exam supervisor. In case of an emergency, leaving the exam room and exam area will be determined by the exam chief.

When the exam time is up, candidates must stop writing immediately. They must submit their answer sheets, exam papers (all pages), and rough drafts (all distributed copies) to the exam supervisor and sign the attendance list. Candidates who are unable to complete their exam must still submit all materials and sign the attendance list.
