National University of Singapore (NUS) Delegation Visits Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology

On the morning of January 24, a delegation from the National University of Singapore (NUS), led by Professor Aaron Thean, Vice President and Acting President of the National University of Singapore, visited and worked with Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT). As part of this activity, the NUS delegation visited the University of Information Technology, HCMUT (UIT).

The delegation included Professor Susanna Leong, Deputy Director of the Master's and Lifelong Education Program; Professor Jessica Pan, Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Program; Professor Vu Minh Khuong, School of Public Policy, Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore; Ms. Jennifer Tay, Senior Assistant Director, Office of the President; Dr. Keshia Lai, Senior Assistant Director, Master's and Lifelong Learning Program.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy Ngan, representing UIT, introduced the training capabilities in the field of Information Technology.

Welcoming the NUS delegation, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Luu Thuy Ngan, Vice President of the University, represented UIT and introduced the training capabilities, research activities, international cooperation, and industry partnerships of the University of Information Technology, HCMUT.

In addition, the delegation also visited the Information Security Laboratory (InSecLab) - a specialized research and experimentation facility for information security research, equipped with modern facilities and machinery to support student learning and research processes.

At the end of the visit, Professor Aaron Thean, Vice President and Acting President of the National University of Singapore, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome from the University of Information Technology and hoped that collaboration in education and scientific research between the two institutions would be strengthened in the coming period.
