Sombatla Truc Deydeepya Lakshmi, a second-year student majoring in Computer Science in the international joint program, was born and raised in Qatar. With a passion for information technology and a special affection for Vietnam, she decided to choose UIT's international joint program as a stepping stone for her future development.

Longing to Return to Her Motherland Before coming to UIT, Sombatla Truc Deydeepya Lakshmi had achieved outstanding accomplishments in her academic journey, being admitted to two universities in Qatar. Since childhood, she has had a passion for information technology, aspiring for long-term development in this field. With a deep affection for her motherland, Vietnam, she chose to return here as the starting point for her long journey ahead. After thorough research, Sombatla Truc Deydeepya Lakshmi decided that UIT would be the place to start her journey towards fulfilling her technology dream.
