From December 1 to December 4, 2023, the management staff and the collective body of in-house lecturers and invited speakers from the Center for Foreign Language underwent specialized training in teaching and research as part of the Foreign Language Initiative.
Experts in the field of language education and training shared practical and useful insights during the training sessions.
Among them, Ms. Le Quynh Trang, an expert from IIG Vietnam, shared her expertise on TOEIC exams—an essential topic that lecturers mastered well to guide and share with students during teaching hours.
Additionally, Dr. Dao Nguyen Anh Duc from the International University was invited to provide training on updating English teaching methods—an important content helping lecturers grasp the latest methods for application and improvement in upcoming classes.
Lastly, a crucial part of the lecturers' professional activities involved an exchange with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Thi Huong from the Ho Chi Minh City University of Education, discussing research paper writing methods.
With the recent series of training activities for lecturers, both individually and for the Language Center as a whole, this training session serves to enhance the depth and breadth of professional quality within the lecturer team. It contributes to the continual improvement of the teaching quality of the Center for Foreign Language, aligning with its goal of providing high-quality language education.
