Representatives from Mynavi visited to discuss collaboration programs with UIT.
Mr. Yasuhio Miyamoto, the representative of Mynavi, stated that the company is currently looking to build a working ecosystem similar to Japan's in the Vietnamese market for education and recruitment services. The recruitment scale is expected to reach 1000 people in the next 3 years and 1500 people in the following 3 years. However, despite the large recruitment numbers, working in Japan is not mandatory, and collaboration can be established with NAL Solution in Vietnam.
Mynavi further emphasized that, in the case of successful collaboration, the company will actively support job placement for UIT students after graduation. Additionally, Mynavi will provide scholarships to assist students facing difficulties.
After the discussion, UIT highly appreciated the cooperative intentions of the Japanese company. UIT sees potential alignment with the ecosystem Mynavi aims to establish and is willing to actively cooperate at the institutional level. Upon signing the institutional collaboration agreement, UIT will actively promote the collaboration through various media channels.
Following the exchange and discussions, both parties praised each other's potential and collaboration capabilities. The collaboration holds promise for opening up more job opportunities for UIT students in the Japanese market.
